Guide Lines To Parents
Please ensure that your child brings his/her school diary, prescribed notebooks, text books, pencil box etc. in a proper school bag.
Please ensure that your child completes his/her assignment/homework on time.
Do not send your child to school if he/she suffers from any infectious disease and to inform the principal regarding proper treatment.
Co-operate with school & the child in overall development.
You are always welcome to approach the Principal or the Manager without an hesitation.
Carefully abide by the rules of the school & take part in all school activities.
Cooperation and interaction between Parents & School is essential for the success, growth & achievements.
General Rules
Parents are not allowed to meet the teachers directly. They must obtain Prior permission from principal.
Student absent from any examination/test without assigning valid reason will not be re-examined.
Tuition are strictly prohibited by the school teachers.
Orientation Programme
Name should be written on Bag, water bottle, tie & belts with permanent marker.
Parents should ensure that student carry handkerchief and proper pencil box in the school.
Parents should take care not to use foul language in front of the children.
Dental hygiene should be taken care of.
Game and music facilities are being provided in the school so parents should encourage their child to use these facilities.
Cutting of nails and hair cut to be check.
Class activity is a part of education so children should participate in class activities. Parents should cooperate with it.
Transport Facilities
The growing concern of safe & comfortable transport has been aptly met, by a well maintained fleet of buses.
Discipline
1. The school places highest importance on the maintenance of discipline by way of cultivation of good manners, respect for elders & good nature.
2. Speaking English during school hours is compulsory.
3. Student should be regular in school.
4. He/She should be properly, neatly dressed as per the prescribed uniform.
5. Students will not be allowed to leave the school premises during school hours without any written permission from the principal.
6. Prolonged absence of any student without leave application for 10 day's or more will result in removal of student from the school rolls.
7. Assignment & home work should be completed in time.
8. Student's are not allowed to wear any kind of jewellery & any valuable watches.
Please Note:
a. Registration admission and Annual Fees are non refundable.
b. After 15th of each month Rs.25 on late fees will be chargeable.
c. Bus Charges will be according to the distance, one month advance.
